Attention Jeffro Case : 03078599
Hello
I've just seen that, at the end of dealing with this case, you said a upgrade/renewal licence had been deposited in my account but when checking it appears to no longer be there. Is it possible for you to check please or tell me how to go about accessing it? Many thanks G |

Perhaps you overlooked the link to your Products Not Yet Downloaded that was referenced? I still see it listed there waiting to be activated.

I did indeed overlook that, thank-you.
I've tried to activate it to my Avid-linked iLok account but get the message "This iLok account does not appear to have an eligible license for this upgrade." Quote:
