Hey Guys

seem to have lost track list view and region view panes how do get them back

Double expand/collapse arrows on either side of the Edit window bottom section.

No, nor is there any Keyboard Shortcuts.

Ummm... lookup 'The Region List' (Region List Pop-Up Menu) in your Reference Guide.
