Not seeing this in My Products and Subscriptions.

Just 12.5.0 and 12.6.0 (plus 'legacy' installers)

Well, while starting a case might be a solution, I really don't get why isn't 12.5.2 available in my download account and other older versions (10, 11) are on the latest build. So glad I'm saving my installers once again.

Same problem here, opened a case... sigh. Someone at Avid should really look in all those release management problems...

Quick update:

First case response was "you need a new license for 12.6, I deposited a temp license for you" which was completely the wrong topic. Obviously noone read what I wrote. The temp license isn't visible in iLok account btw (nor do I miss it).

After asking for clarification, next response was a special time-limited download link to download the 12.5.2 installers. Again not what I was looking for (12.5.1 and 12.5.2 installers together with related documents in my Avid account for download at any time). :(

Does anyone still (or did get it fixed via case) see 12.5.1 and 12.5.2 files in their account?

You can download what was available for you when the support plan was active

My support is still active, but I don't have 12.5.2 link available for download, only 12.5 (and 12.6, 11.3.1 and 10 legacy installers).

So I would have to open support case for 12.5.2 download. If my support plan is expired, will I be able to ask support for download links later?

Do it now start a case using the link I posted above. And then store the installers in a safe place.
