Pro Tools 11 issues (delay compensation,cpu spikes)
 

G'day

i'm really struggling with the delay compensation issue i get every time i bring up a new track.. if i don't go and change my buffer settings (i.e. just flipping from 32 to 64) i have huge latency.. i have tried every version of pro tools 11 and have even just re installed from scratch and loaded each plug in on one by one and it is always there.. also when bouncing i seem to get a fair few spikes that crash my bounce even when the session is not heavy on plugs.. any help would be greatly appreciated
