THE SOLUTION IS:

OPEN M-AUDIO DELTA CONTROL PANEL

goto: PATCHBAY / ROUTER TAB

ROUTE YOUR OUTPUT THROUGH MONITOR MIXER (ex: spdif out -> radiobutton to monitor mixer)

goto: MONITOR MIXER TAB

RISE UP MASTER VOLUME

ENJOY THE AUDIO FROM AUDIOSUITE PLUGINS!

thx, with early version 7.1 no problems, just appeared when upgrading to 7.4.

The drivers for the m-audio interface are not the lastests for vista, but the last release for xp only, because the latest don-t support bass management. (5.10.00.5057v3 Delta_WDM_5.10.00.5057v3)

Same problem with latest drivers, just tried.
