Upgraded to 2018.12.1 The new "Avid Link" won't activate MC
 

I don't usually rant like this, but honestly, this whole online ecosystem of Avid's has really driven me nuts.

This is the third time I'm having trouble activating MC each time I do a reinstall.

A few days ago, my auto-renewal failed (which has since been resolved after I opened a ticket).

You guys really have to fix this, I dread the thought of having to launch MC when I'm under some deadline and I can't get the freakin program to even launch reliably. Nobody else has problems with this simple thing.

Also, I can't create an account in Avid Community and link it to my master account because I keep getting "There was an error executing your request". I've tried for several days.

Seriously guys, what gives.

Welcome to the community and sorry for the trouble. Looks like you have a support case in progress, that's the best option for solving a licensing issue. I did go into your account and link the (video) community but it looks like it's still missing a step so have escalated that for you.
