Pro tools 10 DOWNLOAD/not ship software?
 

Hi!

I'm finally making the move over to protools 10 and 11.. from cubase/live9/logic.

I have a slight problem though, I'm working season far north up in Sweden and cannot have anything shipped to here since the nearest post station is reeeeally far away and I dont have any car and it's like 2.5 weeks left on this period, then I'm going home to stockholm again.

I really would like to buy pro tools now, but I don't want the physical edition, I just want to download the software, just like live9 when u buy it.

Is this possible in ANY way? would make things so much easier for me.

Hi! Ofcourse you can buy the license online in AVID's Store...and then download it. OR you can buy the license number from a musicstore in SWEDEN and have they send you the CODE.
You must have an Ilok though for the license.

Hi,

You should be able to buy a registered version and once registered to your account the software will be available for download from your account.

Not sure but i think the Avid store can sell the download version only, but i have certainly purchased versions in the past from retailers who sent me just the code to register in my account. so ask around the dealers and check the Avid store.

Maybe someone will know who's purchased from the store recently

Thanks alot! I bought it and registered it. I'm now offically a PT user! woho! :)
