To many errors!
 

Hello everyone. I am having major problems with new amd 64 3300+ and ptle 6.7. First problem is error -6086 occuring every time I press play on 002 or record or anything else for that matter. I have already gone through answerbase and reconfigured ever option possibly! But I still am having problems. Also I am getting "there are more active audio tracks then available voices" But I am only running 23 tracks (stereo included). Can anyone help?

Yes, PTLE has a maximum audio track count of 32, but stereo tracks count as two, because they are actually two separate tracks, L&R. So if you have 32 physical tracks, and some of them are stereo tracks, you will be over the max of 32.

You never mentioned which hard drives you are using, or how they are configured. Your 6086 errors are most likely due to an issue with your hard drive(s). Check and make sure that they are running in DMA mode, not PIO. Also, which model HP? What's the motherboard?
