Pro Tools HD Plan shows as expired on iLok
 
Why does my Pro Tools HD plan show as expired last year on my iLok when according to my Avid account it's active and due to be renewed in June this year?

Mine only shows the deposit date of 3 yeas ago. If I open the details about the bundle there's a release limit field that shows when my license updates expire.

If yours really has an expired field, try deactivating and reactivating to see if it goes away.

My subscription shows Cancelled On: Dec 31, 9999 and I'm dead in the water.

The link to renew doesn't do anything. I'm stumped

The Pro Tools HD Plan license authorized the bonus plug-ins with an active Pro Tools HD Upgrade and Support Plan. It was replaced by the Avid Complete Plug-In Bundle and I see that's activated to your iLok along with your Pro Tools Ultimate Perpetual Bundle. So all looks normal there.

You have an annual Pro Tools Edu Subscription (not Pro Tools HD/Ultimate - so no Pro Tools HD Plan license) valid through 3/8/2020 and the licenses in your iLok are current. They are currently in iLok Cloud (requiring an internet connection) so if you want them on your iLok instead please Close Cloud Session in iLok License Manager then activate them to your iLok.
