Install AIR Creative Collection not responding

I've recently renewed Pro Tools 11 and I've downloaded the AIR Creative Collection.pkg from my Avid account page OK, but when I click on the .pkg file it says 'Verifying "Install AIR Creative Collection..." and doesn't do anything. Just hangs there. Any thoughts?

Hi, welcome to the community.

It is checking that the package is properly downloaded. Is there a "skip" button that you could try?
