Main Output Level Ajustement

Hi everybody,

I was just wondering if there are recommandations regarding the Main Output
Volume Level.

Mine is ajusted at 6.2 while getting out into a Mixing Desk (PA) and I think I could put it higher for feedbacking and natural sustain.

Are there any rules for having the best signal output ?

Re: Main Output Level Ajustement

Seemed to be an important point for me from a "best signal/noise ratio" standpoint ...

Nobody ?

Re: Main Output Level Ajustement

For months I've been using my 11r live at a volume of 5.0 and inept soundguys said it was my rig that was bad because of a bit of noise he saw on my channel. After doing a bit of reading on the line/mic level signals I found that if I turned my volume all the way up to 10.0, the soundboard would receive a much hotter signal and the soundguy found he didn't need to use gain at all which eliminated the noise altogether.

Long story short, the hotter the signal the better = volume at 10.0
