How many audio tracks are there in the session you're trying to open? Have a look here for the track limitations.

No, you have 41 regions (aka clips) on one track in your session.

Have you tried trashing prefs?

Googling AAE error 6009 brings up the possibility that sharing your audio interface with Windows may be causing a conflict. Put the Windows default audio device back to onboard input and output so that only Pro Tools is accessing the M-Audio Air 192|14
