Downloaded Pro Tools Make Whole V2 - to Update to 12.4 Not showing in Ilok

Hello, I am currently running PT11 - I just downloaded the Pro Tools Make Whole V2 pack - did the authorization - linked my ilok account however PT12.4 still wont activate. The new license doesn't show in Ilok License manager. I was also never requested to forfeit the PT11 suite for the new license. Stuck here...
