Deleted all projects - cloud NOT empty???
 

Why can't I empty my cloud?
No projects going on - all of it deleted. Still shows 37% of storage used. Deleted the last project 17 hours ago.

Storage went 0%. Thank you:-)
Then tried to make a new collab - actually two - but both my collaboraters can't take them down. Seems like the sessions are stuck in the cloud. Collaboration impossible....
Could you please look into that?
(Also sent a reply and description in the support mail you sent on lc7@....)

Sorry again to bother, but now the cloud tells me that my amount is full. But it's not. I bought the 30GB months ago, but it seems that the system still thinks I'm on 1GB.
Means that I can't post or take down files, although my amount is only at 9 %.

Hey Lars - I tested both Projects you invited me to and both opened with no file problems (just a warning about a couple pug-ins I don't have). I'll ask the tech to follow up on your case today.
