v2020.9 - cannot access, internet connection erro
 

Tried to log in today and hit one problem after another. I was on v2019.6 but was getting a message regarding cloud storage (which I dont use). I could not access any of my locally stored projects, even though they appear in my recent files, they were not appearing in the create project panel where I sign in.

Noticed there was an upgrade available and thought this might be the issue. Upgraded the software but now I get a message saying there is no internet connection, when clearly there is. I cannot get signed in, cannot access my projects. I lots songs I had created last year due to the bug in 2019.5. This is beyond acceptable for me. I want to upgrade to full Pro Tools but not exactly filled with confidence.

Does anyone have any advice to sort this out??

Did you get this figured out? I had no issues signing in with pro tools but this month could not afford the $35 to subscription (I Pay the extra $5 so no year obligation) - but I cannot sign in with pro tool first - it says no internet connection which is nonsense. This is the only thread I found addressing the problem. Thanks
