RME Fireface UFX
Hi all,
I realise that Pro Tools 9 should work with any ASIO-compliant hardware, but has anyone had any direct experience running PT9 with an RME Fireface UFX on Windows 7? It's time for an upgrade ... Thanks, David |
Re: RME Fireface UFX
Hi,
Not UFX but the fireface 400. Those interfaces really work well on windows 7. I'm using the 64 bit version. I think their is a firewire update or fix you need to install but I never did. I was still able to run at 64 sample buffers with no issues. Totally reliable and stable. I think the largest sessions I mixed where 150 or 160 tracks and more DSP then my HD 3 accel could handle. So the fireface works great. Best |
