Just to let you know that support finally answered nov. 11 to the issue I raised oct. 17
And the answer is: "MacOS 10.15.7 is not compatible for Pro Tools so there is no guaranteed fix for this. For now, I would suggest downgrading to 10.15.6."

There was a time when a professional client got some sort of professional treatment.
Those days are gone ...
