pencil tool for panning (or anything) troubleshooting
I would love to be able to use the pencil tool to make panning an audio track I've got go a little faster and smoother using the S curve tool, but whenever I click on the pencil and drag it over the audio track it just goes gray and wont do anything. This not only happens for panning but also for automating amplitude and re-drawing a sound wave for the purpose of deleting out a pop. I have read some people talking of similar things but they say they see a lock symbol over the tool, however I have seen no such symbol. Anyone have any clue whats going on?
