Pro Tools OVERBILLING
 
I am having a MAJOR pro tools billing problem!! I currently own a PT Ultimate subscription. My renew date was 12-5-19. Unfortunately I have been billed FIVE(5) TIMES to my credit card!!! FIVE DAYS IN A ROW of $1061.44!! Thats over 5000.00!!! I have already opened a ticket as of 12-5-19. I have yet to get this rectified! I am very upset and need this taken care of right away!!

Thanks for addressing my previous overbilling issue with pt Ultimate.

Pinky addressed my issue, the charges were reversed.
Everything, (financial wise) is fine.

But I am still getting emails saying there was an error in billing concerning my subscription. I've received 2 emails in 2 days. (attachments coming)

I am afraid if I make a payment, the cycle will continue. As of today, my Pro Tools Ultimate has officially shut down on me in the middle of a paying session.

With all due respect, I need to speak with someone. Texts and emails are NOT working, due to Avid's late responses.There is no longer a response to my case (Case Number 03839503).

Just email or PM me a phone number of someone I can call and get this straightened out.

Or maybe someone can respond to my case number 03839503 with a direct link to make payment.

Please advise.

Hi

Removed your pictures of private conversations with Avid as that is not gonna help you as members here cant do anything and Avid has these conversations already and it is against forum practise to post private emails and PMís.

Hi. Thanks @Southsidemusic. I didnít know that. Iím sorry. Itís just extremely frustrating. Iíve reached out through all of the normal channels to no avail. This has been an issue since Dec. 5th 2019.
Now theyíve suspended my subscription. My pt doesnít work at all. I had a paying client and my system shut down in the middle of the session.

I tried opening a case, sending emails, I went on FB Messenger for a private message. I donít know what else to do.

Maybe you can help me. I can pay the renewal fee. I just donít want to pay multiple times like before.

I definitely donít want to break any rules. Just need some assistance. Hopefully a phone call.

Anybody still wondering why that oh so great and fantastic subscription model is so unpopular amongst the PT customer base?

No problems, This will be fixed and I escalated this and will keep an eye out for this to be done so when you get contacted if Avid does it via PM or email and they solve it please let us know here so I know this has been resolved :-)
