Products unavailable to download/non existent
 

I recently posted about not being able to download PT11 Student Edition, but instead being able to download PT12. I bought the license in Q1 of 2015. Now when I try to reinstall PT it doesn't even show that I have a product to download.

Under my products tabs, it says that I can download "PT12 Read Me" and that is all.

I am livid. I don't even know what to say. I spent TONS of money on this product and I don't even have the option to download it. I had a fatal issue on my computer that needed a complete system restore, so I had to uninstall PT, but now that I am ready to get back into the game, it doesn't even show up.

This isn't the first time, as I said before, but I dealt with it because I was able to download PT12. Now I don't even have that.

If you have any tips, please help...I am pretty desperate to get this going again. I have submitted a ticket but I don't have a support plan so I don't know how long it will take to even get a response.

Not exactly what you're looking for but let me give you a tip: when you do get your PT11 download - save it off to a safe place like a dvd or thumb drive. It's not that big in terms of size and that way when you have to reinstall you'll have it at hand.

Have you expanded all the tabs/sections on the products page?

Unfortunately, I have :(. I'm really lost as to what to do. Next time I will take the time to download it offline and keep a hard copy on me. I just didn't think that this would be a problem.

Having a copy is the cheapest insurance you'll ever pay (next to insurance on your iLok).
