does the tech support folder utility still exist?

just wondering if there's a newer version of the tech support folder utility? (little digidesign utility app that used to come with pro tools HD--deletes your preferences and databases automatically)

is there a new one for PT10/mountain lion? (i think some of the folder structures have changed in both PT and the OS... doubt the old one will still work...)

i've been using it to trash prefs etc for years, can't imagine doing it manually again!

anyone? link?

Mac or Windows?
Mac is from a 3rd party JC something
Windows came from Avid

Mac.

This?

(the link is from 2007, and is dead, so this may not be the one you're talking about!)

yup did a google or two and it seems the chap that was doing it has gone into retirement...

the tech support folder utility used to be made by digidesign, in house. it seems it was either killed off or stopped working roughly around the time digidesign was rebranded as avid audio... (anyone surprised!?) the latest reference i can find to is around pro tools 8. (so no, it won't help with pro tools 10/11, or mountain lion.)

SUGGESTION

this is simple little script that would take 15mins for a competent programmer to write. not a lot to ask IMO... and hey... avid might even win a few brownie points!
