I lost my iLock license
 

Please help me. Yesterday when purchasing a new version of Pro Tools 9.0, I lost my license for PT 8.0 on my iLock. Previous software license disappeared. I can not work on my home computer (laptop PC) In iLock is only an old license for PT 7.3/7.4 and PT 9.0.I sent an email to support but without any response. Maybe someone had a similar situation. :confused:

Not sure what you're problem is here...

First off... what version of Pro Tools are you referring to that you "lost" the license to? LE? M-P? HD?

You don't need a license for LE since the hardware takes care of that... No software before 9 will run PTHD on a laptop, so... M-P? Regardless, the PT9 license is supposed to also allow you to use PT8.

I have a version of PT 8.0 M-Powered / interface M-Audio ProFire 2626 at work, and at home laptop PC with M-audio Transit USB. Yesterday when i CROSSGRADE TO PRO TOOLS 9 turned the previous versions of the license on my iLock, and on a laptop PT 8 M-P does not work.Sorry for my English is poor

Purchasing the crossgrade will REPLACE your PT8 license.

Just install PT9 on the laptop
