Hi,

We have a weird situation where a company credit card is being billed by Arvato (Avid) for an amount that would appear to be for a Pro Tools Standard monthly subscription. Problem is we don't have one. We do have multiple Pro Tools licenses (HD and non-HD) and we pay the yearly update fee on most of them, but none are monthly subs. The phone number that comes on the credit card charge statement is for Arvato, but it just hangs up on us after saying you've reached Arvato Systems (this is the Canadian office, based on the area code). Useless.

Anyone know how to trace what iLok account or System ID we're being charged for, based only on our credit card number?

I'd recommend using the NEED HELP link on the right side of the store page to provide your info to the team to get this solved.
