Configuring 96 I/O S/PDIF
Hello All:
I have a client who is interested in using my control room space to mix his latest project. Here's the rub: He uses a Windows machine running Samplitude, and wants to go S/PDIF from his machine into my 96 I/O (24-bit 44.1KHz) and out to my monitors. This is really out of the ordinary for me, and I'm wondering if anyone out there has done something like this. Thanks in advance!! |

Seems a long winded way to use your monitoring:( Can't he just plug into your monitor controller or desk or whatever you use to control your monitor level? Failing that just open a session at 441 16bit and create an aux and set the aux input to the spdif input. The spdif input will need to be setup in your hardware setup page. Chris |
