Avid Control Monitor page blank with XMON

Can someone please tell me how to get the monitor page in Avid Control app to not be blank when in Pro tools?

I can successfully control my XMON with the xmon app and with Avid Control/Dock when the xmon app on the workstation mac is in front, but not when in pro tools. it's quite frustrating.

I have updated to the most recent everything except my operating system, I am running Mojave. I didn't have time to finish updating that.

You need to lock it on the assign page in EuControl.

I literally just figured it out. I couldn't find this setting in any of the guides.

For anyone else not finding this, it's in the eucon settings assign page at the bottom.

Locking controllers to applications is one of the very useful features in EuCon.
