Control 24 loosing connectivity. DigiSupport: \"?\"
 

my control 24 is loosing functionality when in pro tools hd 7.3.1

basically, in the middle of a session, i get a message on the screen that says something to the effect of "can't communicate with control 24, try power cycling, when connection resumes, funcionality will resume per normal" (something kinda like that, but to the effect...)

i called the Digi Support line for $3 per minute, cap at $75 and the operator didn't know what was going on.

has anybody here experienced this problem? is it computer or software related?

i've updated the firmware from v1.05 to v1.08 to work on hd 7.3.1
