PT2019 and Alt
 
With PT2018 when I clicked 'Alt + output_routing' I was able to route only the tracks selected, now with PT2019 ALL the tracks are impacted by my routing ... :confused:

Yes, and that's how it's always been. It's not true that pressing only alt did anything else but change the setting for every track in the session.

You mis-remember.
On Windows, Alt applies to all tracks. Alt+Shift applies to selected tracks. (Option and Option+Shift for Macs)

This has been the way it is since time eternal.
