PT 10 license doesn't appear in my Avid Master Account
 

Hi,

I have a PT10 license bought in 2011. Now I want to upgrade to PT11 or PT12 but my license doesn't appear in my Avid Master Account. My iLok is linked with Avid and it appears in my account but I don't know what should I do to register my license and being able to just upgrade. It could be that the PT10 Authorization code was never used on the Avid's Website, only on iLok.

By the way, it's a students license. I think I had some years of free upgrades but I'm not 100% sure. In any case, I need to upgrade it.

Does anyone knows how does it work? How can I activate my PT10 License on the Avid Master Account?
