Pro Tools Plan updated but not available on iLoc
 

Good morning,

I'm requesting assistance as I upgraded my Pro Tools Plan through AVID on 2/5/2018, but the license is not available on my iLoc. My iLoc is running the most recent software (iLok License Manager 4.1.0.2095) and I've tried all the refreshes recommended in similar Licensing & Accounts threads.

I opened a case with AVID support (Case Number 03396375) but have not received a response.

I'm in an Audio Technology graduate school program and require access to my Pro Tools Projects. Can someone please assist? Even a temporary work around for the next few days would be greatly appreciated.
