No audio in Scorch playback. Help?

Scorch installed on iPad air 2: loads music, On playback of score: Cursor moves but no sounds are played. Settings are ios playback.

Rebooted - no audio on playback.

Uninstalled Scorch and deleted from my iPad. Reinstalled, rebooted, tried playback. No audio.

Please help

Do you have a slide up bar? There is a mute on that which is independent of the physical buttons. Check that that isnt muted.
