Eucontrol and Avid OMNI pipe dream...
 

You know what would be amazing? Is if Eucon could talk to my OMNI like it can with a MTRX. One of the things us OMNI buyers had hoped for way back when was a remote for the box but alas it never came. Could it be as easy as a firmware update on the OMNI so that I could control the control room/headphone knob, mute and unmute inputs on the hardware mixer, access the downmixer, control the preamps? Probably not but boy that'd be sweet!

Probably never going to happen. That remote port held so much promise back in the day, only to never have any use.

We did look into this a long time ago as yes it would be great (I have one too) but there wasn't an easy way to do it unfortunately.
