Won't create Session from Template?

Running PT10, MBP, Glyph External HD, PResonus 16.4.2....

I'm currently running & using PT10. But, I recently purchased PT2018 & registered it with ILok & PT.. I haven't upgraded to it yet. For later use when I upgrade my MBP or get a new IMac...

Using my current PT10 I'm unable to create a New Session from one of my Templates? Any ideas or suggestions?

Trying to create new Session but get a message that says,

Could not complete the open Session Command because you don't have appropriate access priveliged (-5000) while creating Larson Brothers Album 2

Hi,

This could be to do with disk permissions on the hard drive or folder where your template is.

Go to the folder and drive and check disk permissions. Right click> get info> sharing and permissions. Click the lock logo bottom right to un-lock then you can change all permissions for system / admin / user/ everyone etc to "read & write"

see if that works
