Redundant Audio Files with "Save Copy In"
When I'm done working on a song I usually "save copy in" to another drive.
Later, after working on the tune again and doing the "save copy in," PT makes a nested copy of the audio files folder, as well as saving over the session itself. Over time, this takes a lot of disk space, as it continues the nesting of audio file folders. Is there a simple solution, other than going to the safety drive and deleting the previous safety copy before creating the new one? Not looking for a different back-up protocol - just something more elegant with the current setup. PT 12.4 Windows 10 |
