002 Rack
 

New to this community... For all practical purposes, is the Digi 002 Rack electronic waste? My main interface now is an Antelope product with PT subscription. Was wondering if it is worth the effort to use in a less advanced scenario as a very basic interface. Moving and Purging.

Given the age and reliability(not so good) of the 002, I would toss it unless you have some need for it(I doubt there is a way to incorporate it with the Antelope):D Also, since firewire seems to be going the way of the dodo bird, there's not much future for the old box(I am using the 003 rack here, but don't expect it to work much longer;))
