Bought Pro Tools Subscription, doesn't show in iLok License Manager
 
Hi, I bought Pro Tools Subscription which expire in 2020. It shows in my AvidApplicationManager but it doesn't show in my iLok License Manager.
I have brought this issue in Avid Support Center but they mentioned that my account's subscription ends in May 2019.
Please help.

Welcome to the community.

Please check to see if you might have multiple iLok accounts. We've helped a few other customers that didn't realize they had created a second account during product activation, and had their iLok on one account with licenses in the other.
