Projects Cache deleted when sign out??
 

Hi guys
i am currently working with a client and we are using Cloud Colab with Pro Tools 12.8.2
I can say it works pretty well and it helps and saves us lots of time...but
i have encountered this:
When i sign out (which sometimes maybe my internet connection),my project caches are missing...so i have to download them again from scratch
is this supposed to be happening?

No, they shouldn't be deleted when you sign out.
See this FAQ for info on where the cache is located and on how to change the default location.

If the problem persists, contact Avid support.
