Auth. Code Problem
 

Hey guys, i haven't posted on here in years, but hopefully ill be able to get the same support i got last time i was on.

So i've got a problem. in 2004 i bought a 002 Rack and it came with PTLE 6.4. I installed it on my Mac and it ran fine for years. That Mac died a few months ago and i finally replaced it yesterday. I loaded PT on my Windows machine to work in the mean time. Well, when i went to reinstall PT on the new Mac all i could find was my 6.1 cd, so i loaded that then when to the support section of the website to download the upgrader up to 6.4. So far, so good. Then when i get to the "Enter Product Code" form, i type in my PT code out of my "Getting Started" guide, and Digi says that my software code is "invalid" even though i've used it before fine, both to download updates and authorize the program. No matter what i try, the site will not accept the code im reading out of their book. Any ideas/tips? Im totally lost, and stuck. Thanks in advance.
