Project Collaboration not working
 

For all of this week, all three Collaboration users at our facility have been unable to share changes with each other. We can make new projects and share them. But when making any change to a track in a project, or attempting to share a new track, Task Manager shows "Uploading" then changes to "Failed." Artist Chat then shows that a track was shared, even though no other user can see it.

We had been using Collaboration successfully for several weeks. It wasn't easy. Great care must be taken to avoid changes to a track by two of us at once, which creates conflicts that can be maddening to resolve. But it was so nice to be able to hear and evaluate our non-techy voice talent's takes within minutes of his recording them that we we determined to continue using it. Suddenly, it appears to be broken.

I saw someone else this week saying that uploads had failed. Is it possible that Avid Cloud is having problems?

All uploads still failing today. It's very slow. After attempting to upload a change, Task Manager sits on Uploading for about a minute; then Track Data changes from Uploading to Processing for several seconds, then it says Failed. Is Avid abandoning the Collaboration feature?
