Can someone tell me where to change Payment info?
 

I'm prompted that my visa has expired... my upgrade plan is due in 2 months. When I click the ''update'' link I get to the products page indeed, but unless I'm totally blind, there is no place or no link there to update visa info.

If I search the topic, this is nevertheless where I am pointed to. Nothing either in any of the topics in the menu on the left...

I'll pass this on to our IT group to see why the dialog is worded that way.

It does sound like it's doing the right thing by taking you to your product, since that's where you would click "Renew Support" to either purchase the renewal from the Avid store or enter a code purchased from a reseller. You would only enter credit card info at the time you actually purchase (renew) your plan.
