Fader return to zero on playback
 

Hi All

I have a bit of a strange problem, when i upload a project to the cloud and my writing partner opens the project, evereything is fine, but as soon as he plays the session all faders return to zero..

Same problem exists when he sends me a session (project).

the sessions contain no automation data..

we are both on OSX sierra 10.12.3 and PT12.7

Am i doing something wrong? anybody expirienced this problem?

OK, I found a work around on my end, so I used latch within automation mode, touch the faders on my C24, and captured a snapshot of the faders... Write to All.

Done... again this is a workaround for me since I have C24, you may want to try and add a VCA and select all the track, create a group, move the VCA up or down, snap to zero, capture and write to all... Done.
