NEW Playlist shortcut not working

I just upgraded to 2020.5. and the new playlist shortcut Control + \ is not working. I've searched this forum and it seems as if no one has this issue. Is it just me? Thanks guys.

Thank you!

I noticed that it worked for me once I clicked on "Link Time Line and Edit Selection." Must have been a glitch once i downloaded the software.
