LE 7.3 auth code
 

Why would it be nessecary to enter the LE auth code evrytime Protools LE launches.
It accepts the code a lauuchs properly, but with you quit Protools and relauch it, it asks for the code.

You should only be asked for the authorization code the first time you open the program after installation. You might try using Add/Remove programs to uninstall and try again. Next time, read the install instructions in the getting started guide as it is very specific(in other words, if you popped in the disk and let Windows install software automatically, that is not correct.

I did a manual install from a download maybe I'll try a complete uninstall and try again from sratch

Try this, once you uninstall PT(with your interface not connected), SHut down the computer and attach your interface(power up the interface if it has an AC cable-Mbox is powered from the USB buss). The reboot and wait for the window to pop up asking you if you want it to install software. Ignore that box entirely and go to the install file and run it.
