Expired License for Pro-Tool Recurring Subscription
 
Yesterday, 13th May, I tried opening my Pro-Tools software and it said that my license had expired. I logged into my avid account and it says my subscription is still active and I received an email on the 10th May saying that my recurring subscription payment had been processed. When I log into my iLOK License manager it says that the license is unavailable and expired and when I click on it the activate, deactivate and transfer buttons are greyed out. What is the problem and how can this be resolved. This is an urgent matter as this complication means I am unable to use Pro-Tool to work on my final year University projects which are due in a week. I need help!!!!

Your best bet would be to open a support ticket with Avid. They can check your account and make any adjustments if needed.

Yeah, I've sent them a case through their support page which is currently in a que. I'm just not sure how long it will take them to respond. Just stressing me out a fair bit.

Hey Brother

I am sending this to directly the Avid Support so they might be able to fix this asap and skip a que seeing you are a student and need to be working.

Just heard back from them, basically the license didn't update with the subscription so their fixing it and in the meantime they've given me a temporary license.

I escalated this so that they could take care of you so dont worry as it will get sorted out.
