C24 preamps and Displays mal funtion
 

Hi

When I turn on my sound mixer, after a few minutes on the preamps numbered 9 to 16, the clip light turns on (excess signal) even when the mixer is completely disconnected from the audio interface. They are always on. I have rebooted the system many times without success and I have tried to update the firmware by disconnecting ethernet and performing a new scan but it is not possible to obtain an update.
On the other hand, in the three displays that provide information about the channels, only intelligible symbols appear or boxes that move without any reason.
Nor do I find help or reliable information on how to solve this type of problem. Relating to the level of hardware and technical support Avid has terrible products. When you obtain a subscription for the technical service, you only get information that can be obtained for free on the internet.
My equipment is Protools HD 9,

2 PCEi
Mac Pro 12 cores
C24 control surface
If you can get in touch with Avid in Spain, in Madrid I would appreciate or tell me what are the possible problems of the control surface.
