Scrolling In MIDI Editor

Does the MIDI editor scroll the way the edit window does?

yes - there is like a little arrow in the top right hand corner (if i remember correctly) of the midi edit window - click it and choose scrolling - page or whatever you desire

Can the midi editor window snap to the markers like the editing window does? Right now, it only moves to the marker when playback is started!
