Educator Annual monthly plan

I want to recommend PT to a friend who teaches at University level, but not sure how the annual update fee works if he goes on the "most popular" monthly payment plan with the one year commitment.

Can someone please advise what the upgrade fee would be after one year?

Is this the full version of Pro Tools? Would it be 2019.6 ? I also have some people asking about this.

As long as your support plan / subscription is active you will always be provided with the latest installers

I understand the one year lock-in period, but what happens at the end of one year? Does he just register for another year extension at the same rate?
