Pro Tools 12.8.2 Not Activating (Perpetual License)
 

I have a perpetual license and just downloaded PT 12.8.2

On my Avid Application Manager, it shows that 12.8.2 has been downloaded. However, under licensing, it says not activated.

In my iLok, my Pro Tools plan shows Active

When I attempt to open Pro Tools, it says:

1. First window: Option to quit or activate iLOk
2. I click activate
3. takes me to license login screen and i enter my info and hit next
4. next window: select license to activate... You don't have any licenses in your account, or none of the licenses have activations available. You do not have any pending deliveries for the license(s) you need to authorize the software. Click here if you ned to purchase a license for Pro Tools Perpetual

Any help in getting this fixed would be much appreciated!

Hi

Start a support case as you have a avtive plan from here:

You need a Case number anyway so best go there and start a case.

Avid will look at it and help you with this. No one here on the forum can do anything as we can't see into your ilok account or know what went wrong.
