Elastic Audio Plugins Are Not Installed

2 Attachment(s)
So when I installed Pro Tools First, it gave me two errors, one saying something about iZotope Radius, then another one saying Elastic Audio is not a valid 62 bit AAX plugin. So I moved the Elastic Audio plugins to the 64 bit plugin folder, and now it says no errors, but Elastic Audio is grayed out. Here are pics of where the plugins are located, and the grayed out Elastic Audio:

Pls halps i need my elastics audios :(

Re: Elastic Audio Plugins Are Not Installed

Why are your aax plugins in what looks like the root folder of your c: drive? They should be in their own folder; did you let the PT First installer put stuff where it wanted to? If not that might be the answer to your problem. I'd completely wipe out your PTF install and reinstall letting the installer put things where it wants to.

What was the error message about Radius? PTF has restrictions on what plugins it can use.

Seeing as how this is about PT First maybe one of the mods can move it there? Thanks.

I let the Pro Tools installer put the files where it wanted to. This was like my 2nd or 3rd time reinstalling. I cannot remember exactly what the error said, but it was something like the error here:

The plugins are not on the root of c:\. What I can’t remember right now is if they should be in program files (x86) or program files. Not at my desk right now.

Thanks for the clarification; that screen shot is very blurry. I'd do a complete uninstall of PT and reinstall it letting the installer put the plugins wherever it wants to put them for your system.

Re: Elastic Audio Errors

For a start disable eucon.

When you re-installed PT did you CLEAN-DEINSTALL the previous install ?

When reinstalling did you clean de-install the pr previous installs?

This can bring up all sorts of issues if you don't

Thanks for the replies.

1. What do you mean by "clean de-install"

2. How do I disable Eucon, and why do I need to?

Clean deinstall means just that - you wipe the drive clean of everything PT related. As to Eucon why even have it enabled if you're not using it? Don't know how to disable it - you could try Google for the answer.
