Message from CCXO on intermittent log on issues To our Pro Tools, Sibelius and Avid Link users, First, I hope this note finds you healthy and well. I know the transition to remote working is not easy and all of us at Avid are committed to helping you stay productive during this unprecedented time. We are experiencing a significant uptick in volume and we are aware that some users may be experiencing intermittent issues with Pro Tools Cloud Collaboration, Sibelius Cloud Sharing and Avid Link. This is causing some users to see an error message when attempting to log into their account from within those products. These are temporary issues and we are working quickly and diligently to resolve them as soon as possible. Outlined in this Avid knowledge base are some alternate ways to sync to the cloud that may help our customers stay productive in the interim. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
