It's 9:30 central and I'm sleepy and my wife has already gone to bed.

Guess we'll save that bottle of champagne in the 'fridge until next year. Come to think of it...that's what I said last year.

o.k., I made it to 12:20, if my kids weren't sick (nothing serious) I would've been the late night trooper but this whole new parenting thing comes with obligations that not even New Year's Eve can blow off.

Parenting is nature's way of slowing us "crazy cats" down (kinda' like being grounded [img]images/icons/wink.gif[/img] ). But it's good for you, plus it's kind of why we're here (programmed by our DNA, I guess). Oh well, if it's Mother Nature doing the programming, then I'm cool with it...
